Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

  • 120 g butter, unsalted
  • 180 g plain flour
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 80 g caster sugar
  • 250 g extra chunky peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
