The Kurma Delight is one of our signature cookies. As described by our chief baker herself, this is a “biscuit of paradise”.
Top-quality dates (known as Kurma in the Malay language) are used as the filling for this cookie and then baked to perfection, leaving the “kurma” neither too soft nor too hard.
The cookie is prepared in a manner that leaves a lovely “kurma” filling texture to chew on together with a semi-crunchy melt-in-your-mouth pastry.
